I note on the Google the address is a shopping center. Any landmark or store to look for where the proper entrance is?

There's nothing really too remarkable on that side of the plaza. Don't know what road you'll be using to pull in, but it's behind the Home Depot -- meaning, if you're facing the home depot's entrance squarely, there's a road to the right side of the building. Take that and you'll see a narrow parking lot on the left side of the road. Continue down almost to where the road starts to turn right around the building. The entrance is right there. It does somewhat look like the entrance to a tower.

Today is October 15th. I received an email telling me my hearing, to appeal my denial(it's actually to appeal my restrictions), is scheduled for October 20th. The letter, attached to the email, states that I have to reply 5 days prior to the hearing or I forfeit my right to be heard by the HPRB. That's the "gubment" for you!

Could you have rescheduled if you wanted? Just curious because I'm out of town a lot and with that short of notice I might miss my chance down the road.

Best landmark I can give you; As you look at the front of the shopping center there is a Shoppers World on the west end (Right side as you face the shopping center), the entrance is on the backside of that end of the building.

I may use a cover story to the spouse. If I tell her I'm driving 100 miles RT to watch 60 minutes of predictable machinations of someone else foibles, she'd want to commit me. Rightfully so perhaps.

That was exactly a cover story I was thinking of. I mean 100 miles RT for some lake trout, who can argue with that!

Tim, I am almost certain the enabling statute for the HGPRB requires that you be given 10 days advance notice of the hearing. Unfortunately, I don't have time to check right now, but you are pretty familiar with Public Safety statute and should be able to find it.

The HPRB missed a deadline.....next thing you know the MGA will legislate them away and we live or die by the MSP rulings...........
