It's a cesspool of humanity. Annoying drunks as far as the eye can see. It's no fun to be the sober one in a crowd of less-than-sober people.

The Gun Center was established by FSA 2013 to coordinate and research Gun crimes in MD.

It is run by MSP and is in Columbia manned 24/7.
