Well then, why don't you just go on down to the bank and get about $200 worth of quarters for the parking meters - 7 1/2 minutes per quarter- and then take one of your unserial numbered guns down to MPD and get it registered. Let us all know if you run out of quarters before getting it...
I went through it today and Officer Douglas was cheerful and helpful. The fingerprinting for about the umpteenth time was quick and even somewhat interesting to see the digital image of each one on the screen. They accept MC and Visa.

Here is an antelope my daughter shot a few years ago at about 350 yards and it ran about 125 yards or so. The exit hole is so big you could stick your fist through it. Same rifle and bullet!

The 7mm is a 338 Lapua case blown out and necked down to 7mm.
My version of Exbal does not allow for use of the G7 BC so I use three different G1 BCs in velocity bands to get an accurate curve for the bullet's path.
