      Had a chance to speak with MSP a few weeks ago. Work related. They said that on 7/1 the new hires will start to offer help with more paperwork which will help with the wait. 15 more to add to the staff. Hopefully that will speed things up.

      Continental won't call you. You must call them. They're the only FFL in the state that will not call you. I purchased a Glock from them on 3/2 and received it earlier this month. I visited once a week during the wait. Just purchased an XDm from Free State. Better, but pricier, range. Also...

      I put a 19 mag with spacer on my 26. It's fun at the range and surprisingly accurate with such a short barrel. I fell in love with the XDm platform after shooting my buddies 3.8" XDm 40. Found the 4.5" 9mm and went for it. Also 19+1? Yes, please.

      I left this thread about three weeks ago when I received my 3/2 purchase on the 60th day. Just jumped back in line with an XDm 9mm from Free State that I purchased on Monday 5/20. I can't believe I'm seeing 80+ days. I guess I'll get my XDm in December. Merry Christmas to me.

      Went to the range, left with an XDm9...well the receipt for it at least. I love my buddies XDm40 and with 19+1 it's just plain sweet. I'll pick up a Glock 22 or 17 some day.

      Colt Umarex .22LR M4/AR-15

      I looked at that Colt. Good feel to it, but I love my SW1522. Not one FTF or FTE yet though i have been experiencing issues with the plinker tactical 35 round mag...i think it's just break in issues though

      Just called MSP on my 3/2 purchase. My app was completed on the 22nd. The lady, who I'll assume was Ms. Brock, was very helpful and said she would call the dealer to ask if my FFL has received the fax. Continental won't call me which sucks but at least I see that it's completed.

      I purchased on 3/2. ND'd late last week and my FFL still doesn't have it yet.the problem is Continental wont call their customers - we have to call them and keep checking. Ugh....

      Thanks! Yeah it's crazy considering I emailed them last night. I also got an email earlier this week from MSP saying that they were working on 2/20 for "under review".
