Yes, our LEO's are rented from MSP and backed by CCSD on the CC side of town. I'm not sure if FCSD backs up the Frederick side of town. Frederick contributes all most nothing to the city even though a third of town is in Frederick county.

We could have a cookout at our house, but nobody would see us. That takes the fun out of it.....
