Do any of you guys think that the antis Annapolis will care about how the statistic was gathered? No, only that it was gathered. Expect them to beat us over the head with these numbers.

Expect it ... I guaran'fn'tee it. Be prepared will REAL data and discredit them at every turn, as follows:

Opinionworks is a progressive/liberal mouthpiece for the left in the PRofMD. Just look at their list of recent clients, a few of the 'select' ones listed below:

    • Colgate University (a liberal/progressive institution of higher learning)
    • New York City Office of the Mayor
    • Open Society Institute - Baltimore (a George Soros funded initiative)
    • Population Action International
    • The (Baltimore) Sun

In fairness, they do have an extensive list of non-progressive clients, but like all polling agencies, they will do their clients bidding to stay in business.

I wonder how the results would have been different if these same people were asked if they think MD should remove their rights.

They could have called 800 hunters and gotten the same results. I almost went into debate mode yesterday with one. He is sorta ok with AR's ect, but "why do you need more than a 10 round magazine?" and " they are for hunting people". I said " 2A isn't about hunting" and he shut up. I hope he thinks about that. MDBGOS...

8 out of 8 comments on the article oppose any bans... so... 100% of Marylanders seem to oppose any ban. :)

Nah, it's still there. You have to 'expand' the comments section.

10 out of 12 comments there now are against the poll and any ban that the PRofMD attempts to put in place.

Attached is an unbiased article published in the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy at page 650, Vol. 30.

The article ought to be reviewed by those who wish to have an informed opinion about gun control.

You may need to copy and paste the link into your browser to read the document. http://www.law.harvard.edu/students/orgs/jlpp/Vol30_No2_KatesMauseronline.pdf

Thing is, polls such as this don't publish the exact questions that were asked. You can skew a poll depending on how you ask a question, no matter the prevailing opinion. I'm sure this one was slanted towards the anti's.

If you sequenced and phrased the questions right, you could find "strong support" for slavery.
