Also you know those old gangster movies where they wrap the grips in rubber bands? That is because it is very hard to pull prints off an uneven surface especially if they're cut and need to be put back together in the proper order.
And Elmer's glue has been used to fill in slight surface imperfections near the edges of fingers.

On bad reporting --- the mTA`confirmed a surveillance tape--- yet no attempt was made to have it released --- the same is evidence of whitewash
