Enjoy it before October 1st highly recommend becoming a MSI member since they are leading the lawsuit(You will be a plaintiff if a preliminary injunction is honored.)

For your cell phone try CCW app. Not showing a price but I believe a $1.99/yr subscription.
Will show you everywhere your permits are honored and a state list where you can review the current laws/restrictions for any state.

Get a PA non resident permit too. It is quick, cheap and tacks on quite a few states.

+1 on the PA permit. Look into the UT as well. With them you'll have reciprocity in 36 states. Both are quick (UT about 45 days) and are good for 5 years.
UT gets you Delaware.
