I posed the Hbar question to Harry at the Gun Connection yesterday. In MD laws that talk about the Colt Sporter Hbar they do not define what an Hbar is. Harry told me it's spelled out in COMAR regs. Can't remember the exact numbers. The barrel must be .9?? inches in dia at least 6 or 7 inches out from the receiver. Hopefully he or someone else that has the exact will chime in. A copy of the COMAR regs would be even better.
