      HBAR ammo question

      I have looked around this forum and others for info on .223 vs. 5.56 ammo for ARs, and understand that the rule of thumb is .223 in a 5.56 but not 5.56 in a .223. My Colt is stamped 5.56 on the barrel but the lower is stamped CAL. 223. So...?
