      Help identify bayonets

      I've been reading the ATF website and I hav ebeen trying to figure out the difference between the 2 FFLs.       It came! It finally came!

      They charged my card on 5/29 and my FFL arrived yesterday 8/27. So I know I need to make copies of it and not sign the original, but what about the id card at the bottom?
