    no other korean place in howard offers as much bang for the buck as honeypig. there's shin-chon and TMN just minutes from HP, but i remember them being considerably more expensive.

    restaurants like honeypig originated from street side tent eateries that were common during the 80/90s in korea. it's an evolved version of it, & it attracts the younger crowed as it originally did. food in those places were normally cheaper than your typical restaurants, & this is the theme that the owner tried to recreate with honeypig. restaurants like honeypig are commonly found near college/university towns in & around seoul.

    When I think of "tyranny", I think about people of a certain ethnicity being rounded up and being put into camps during a certain war. And I'm not talking about the Nazis rounding up Jews.
