A friend of mind pulled out a big one for me by getting me a pound of W296, from out of state.
Powder selection definitely can be a bit tricky at times.

Search on Amazon for seller named "squirrel daddy"
Selling jigs for the mini chop saw, and other reloading items for case conversion.
Mini-chopsaw with a guide, makes the initial cut down so much easier.
Chamfer the mouth, resize - final trim, chamfer again. Done.
That sounds like an incredible pain in the ass. If a jig would make that any faster it may definitely be a worthy investment.

For a bolt gun, just about any powder you can find manufactures data. AR platform will prefer any of the pistol powders mentioned above.
