Steel Bowling Pin Shoot at AGC

In the past no hollow points were allowed. Is there any restriction on ammo? I'm really looking forward to this. Stemmers has always run a first class operation.

      Smoke Wagon/Holy Smoker

I have a pair of Taylor Smoke Wagon Deluxes. The action is extremely smooth and the trigger breaks like glass. I know Mark at 2A had a couple in his case as of Friday.

      SASS Pistol belt

Both Mernickle or El Paso Saddlery provide good leatherwork. Good leather can cost almost as much as your pistol.

      Berwyn Rod/Gun ??

I've been a member for only two years, but I've never waited for a range. That said, I prefer to go during the week. Most times, I'm the only one on the range. It's a nice place to shoot and not a lot of BS. For me, it's well worth the money.

      HAM Radio

You could try building a couple of small yagis for 2M and throwing them on some of the fiberglass poles that are available from ebay. I bough a bag containing 40 feet of poles for $24.00 including shipping. You can probably put together a 4 or 5 element yagi pretty cheap if you scrounge the...

      HAM Radio

Look into a Yaesu 857/D. All the HF Bands plus 6/2/70 at decent power. It's small enough to backpack with a 7 amp Gel Cell or put in the vehicle. Works great as a home rig too. I think it's around $810.00 at HRO. It's a very good disaster radio. ICOM makes an equivalent rig with slightly better...

      AR Charge Handle Question. Why?

I don't know why Stoner designed the latch on the left side. I do know that the manual of arms for the M-16 has changed over the years. In 1969 when I was trained on the M-16 we were taught to manipulate the charging handle with our right hands with index and middle fingers on each side of it...
