Not legal in MD if purchased after 2013, according to MSP. (However, the Norinco Type 84 in 5.56 is apparently legal.)

Understood. Just remarking on one of the many ways that I find FSA 2013 to be such an odd law.

But as we’ve discussed previously…now is not the time to presume that the ban is going anyway. Not under the new governor, at least.
