New in Rockville

Just got my HQL, can't wait until I make my first purchase. Planning an XDm
Silly enough, I was not going to the range to rent because I thought I had to wait for my HQL to be able to rent a handgun for shooting on the range.

The "Rent" that the State's law refers to is for renting a handgun off property. Think hunting expedition.
It's ambiguous and confusing. When the bill was introduced, everyone though rent applied to ranges and it could have it the State wanted to...
If so, it'd kill nearly every privately held range in the State.
