Submitted mine early Thursday morning (12:30am) on 8/31 and received my emailed approval letter this morning on 9/7.

I don’t KNOW the answer but I am assuming those of us that have a physical picture ID card will receive an email with not disapproved or whatever with our number and that’s it.

At least that’s my understanding how it works for those who got their HQL after they stopped with the physical cards.

Us early adopters (traitors to some) will be finding this all out together.

Curious to see if it will be a new number or not.

    It is the same number.

I did my renewal the 28th and still waiting. I on the website last night. It still has me as expiring in Oct and no status on the renewal. It says I have nothing to renew... Hmmmm....

I got the email this morning. Give it another day or two. If you have multiple email addresses check them all and check your spam filter.

I did mine on 8/28 as well. No email update that it’s been renewed. No expiration date change on the portal. Just another datapoint.

Hopefully they'll be ruled unconstitutional by 2033.

But I said the same thing about 2023
I think MSP didn't chase getting renewals ready because they probably thought this whole thing would get shut down before it was an issue.
