Hello from Frostburg...

I haven't shot for years but I went out with a friend recently to break in his ne AK and was reminded why I love shooting. Once the weather cooperates (tomorrow perhaps!) I'll take my Marlin 60, sight her in (new scope, old eyes) and check her out to see if she needs any work. Next step is to introduce my daughter (12...that's about when I started) to some target shooting. Nice to find such a nice community here.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome. Took my Dad out for a welcome back to shooting day at Savage River Range today. Just as I got my Marlin 60 sighted in I had a few FTF's. Broke her down and the recoil buffer fell out in bits. Oh well...I've always wanted to get to know her better...new buffer should arrive next week...then it'll snow...for a month.
