I have never owned firearms.
I have shot them; .22 in scouts, skeet with friends.
That was when I was much younger.
I don't hunt, but I do appreciate the skill required (true gun control, not this silliness going on in the news) to hit a target.
( I do own a daisy 880 and a Diana 36 in .177)
I always assumed, if I had a need or a want, I would be able exercise my rights and obtain whatever was required.
I early January, it became readily apparent to me, that could cease to be true.
As a result I have decided to get involved and am considering my first firearm purchases.
I have recently joined SAF, NRA and MSRPA. I've also joined the letter writing efforts to our legislators.
It is my hope we can stop the silly legislation.
Must not be infringed means what it says.
It is unfortunate that many representitives cannot seem to fathom this even though they swore an oath to uphold the very document that contains those words.
