No. It is on the hotel's discretion on whether or not they want to offer discounts for personal use, but government employees are allowed to use government discounts whenever. (at least I do all the time)

That mostly talks about use of government IDs with fraudulent intent. Using a government ID to identify the correct person as a government employee should be a lawful use.

CAC works, but so does any government issued PIV cards; I've confirmed that with someone at Engage Armament.
EDIT: I personally have a HHS PIV card, and they said that is good to go.
I just want to put out an update on my situation. They told me a government access card will suffice as proof. I will be picking up my babies this weekend. :party29:
