15 or so years ago my then father-in-law gave me a M1 Carbine that his father supposedly carried in WW2.
My son turns 18 in a few days. Although he gave the M1 to me I know it was meant for my son, family heirloom kinda thing. Since I’m no longer in “his family” I want to give it to my son...
Wheres the “southern end” of MD?” I’m in Leonardtown, I have 9, 45 and 308 you can borrow. I don’t really do any more reloading (time and priorities thing) but don’t wanna get rid of the stuff yet.
Mine seamed to have a failure to feed every third to fifth round when I first got them but after much frustration and patience they work perfectly now. I’m not sure what’s there to “break in” but I’m guessing that’s what was needed.
I don’t “need” one. But then again you didn’t “need” to ask that question but did anyway.
Why do you need a Big Mac?

A friend of mine bought a Savage model 99 takedown, on closer inspection he noticed the barrel had a bulge in it.
Anyone local (hour or two drive) that you all would recommend to re-barrel it?
Possibly caliber change?
Thanks
