At least the Sun put a little more meat into their article than simply reposting an AP article, like the comPost did.

IF 4th Circuit, excuse me... Circus .. doesnt issue an emergency stay (which there is a 99.9% chance that they will) then you can get a permit. somehow... i dont trust the most overturned appeals court in the nation.
