On Third Reading, Senator Madaleno offered an amendment to HB 1036 that required the Board to keep and publish minutes. Adopted by one vote on third reading. Chamber then recommitted the bill back to JPR. HB 1036 is dead.

    Among many others.

We will need a serious effort for 2018... GA and electoral.
Yes, already thinking of what we can do on this.

    Madaleno - District 18 :
2014 election: He won primary by a little under 2100 votes - http://www.elections.state.md.us/elections/2014/results/primary/gen_results_2014_1_01518.html
2014 Main Election - Nobody ran D-18 on the Republican side, or so it appears - http://elections.state.md.us/elections/2014/results/General/gen_results_2014_2_01518.html

I guess we know who the new Frosh is now. Although I don't doubt for a minute that the whole thing was staged by a number of the far left moonbats and he just carried the flag.

Purposefully force people to take a class before they know they are going to be approved. Almost sounds like some kind of due process violation. What a bunch of bastards.

I'm in the general Annapolis area now. Any value to come on down? Or are we passive observers at this point?

They're a spiteful group of bastards. HB 1036 was a largely meaningless bill and they went all out to kill it over a hissy fit involving what, a few dozen HPRB overrides?
