There is still plenty of time for shenanigans, so I wanted to start a thread as a placeholder for Monday's potential activities in the Maryland General Assembly. Monday morning yields the following:

- Legislative Day 4/2 starts at 0930.
- They have 9 legislative days to play with; which means they can adjourn and restart 8 times before midnight.
- Classic rules require a bill to be heard three times, on separate legislative days, as part of the normal process. Senate Rules permit a vote to "suspend the reading rules" which allows them to hear bills twice on the same legislative day, if needed.
