^ That would be great but where in the COTUS is the federal government given that authority?
At this point, I don't care. We have to stop worrying about playing by the rules, because our enemies (the left) clearly don't.

So instead let's just burn the Constitution and set the precedent that, since the federal government has the power to tell the states that they can't make their firearms laws more restrictive laws than federal laws, then they can also tell them they can't make less restrictive laws either? Sorry, it's not worth it. Those "rules" are the only thingstoppingslowing the descent of this country into the U.S.S.R. of A.
You don't get it. The precedent has already been set. The Supreme Court has ruled that the Commerce Clause covers absolutely anything that Congress wants it to, and if not that, they can levy a tax as a way of forcing a certain behavior. We might as well benefit.
Government will never get smaller if that's how we go about things.

I'll believe it when I see it. But then who needs the Senate when we have Executive Orders being carried out whenever Obama wants something he can't get.

The problem is, we need to get to a point where the pro-2A movement actually affects MD and makes it fall in line with respecting the Constitution!
More and more people are tired of the whiny PC attitudes of liberals; their lies, obfuscation and the arrogance of tyranny.
We are and need to continue to be the voice of reason, consistency and the rights of the individual to determine his own destiny without governmental infringement. Our message continues to become louder and more forceful as more awaken from liberal servitude and realize just what "We The People" really means! -- The battle may be long and bloody, but the tide is slowly turning in our favor.
