Which I honestly think is a good thing since a lot of places don't allow hunting with a magazine larger than 4 or 5 rounds. You can always slap a 20 or 30 rounder in whenever you want.

I think so. Wikipedia says it has over 1,200 ft/pounds of muzzle energy and I think that is all that is required for deer in MD.

A 243 WSSM will fit in standard length AR-15 mag wells, and actions, and there are a few uppers made for it. I would like to see an R-10 chambered for the rem short mags, that would be cool, spread the EBR well er Evil Camo Rifle disease. Now if they made only made a saiga 12 style duck gun

I believe its capable of around 1 moa or better, so that would be 5 inches, of course, at 500 yards its hard to say because of all the conditions that change when shooting that far out.
