I apologize for hurting your feelings!

This is great news!
At least 2 million cans in private hands, last I heard. The interesting bit is the court incorporating "common use" as a big part of the argument. So many nasty machine bits are in common use, from semi-auto anything to magazines of normal capacity to pistol braces.
I wonder if ATF giving out free tax stamps will turn around and bite them in their SBRs. Anybody have the figures on how many suppressors are currently in "common use"?
Makes no sense…well and simply put.Makes no sense that bump stock ban didn't follow the same path.
You suffer from a case of terminal logic my friend. I recognize the symptomsMakes no sense…well and simply put.
Turns out that’s pretty much the case with everything I read, see and hear nowadays.
Nonsensical has become normal in our every day lives.
Who knew we would come to this?
I believe this one is national because it's not a finding on constitutionality, it's a finding that ATF violated the Administrative Procedures Act, and therefore the rule simply isn't valid because it wasn't within ATF's authority to promulgate it as they did.Seeing lots of chatter arguing over the ruling being 5th Circuit only vs nationwide.
Thank you kind sir.You suffer from a case of terminal logic my friend. I recognize the symptoms
you didn’t hear that…At least 2 million cans in private hands, last I heard.

A can in the hand is worth two in a bush...At least 2 million cans in private hands, last I heard.
At least 1.5 million SBR's in private hands, last I heard.
But then again, what do I really know.
Not as good as the fully automatic bare rumps.SBR- Semi Bare Rumps?
SBRs should have been removed from the NFA the same time pistols were.I think there’s an outcome where there is no such thing as an SBR.
