I urge anyone who can make it Monday to be there.

I don't make many Monday PPs, as it's easier for me to do the morning sign waves on Rowe Blvd, but this Monday is critical IMO.

I did a bunch of scrambling to make it this Monday, and I hope many more will do what it takes. I am NOT calling anyone out, just noting that it is easy to stay home, and more difficult to show up.

I keep watching the video and then read the excuse given and it just don't add up . Protection of pedestrians and then the officer is removing the signs , is he worried the signs were going to be hit . None of it makes sense as you match things to the video . SMH

THOSE OF YOU WHO WERE THERE LAST NIGHT...

    Is this ********?

Did some of the group move into Lawyers' Mall prior to the arrests?

Delegate Bromwell, is that Eric Bromwell from Parkville / Carney? I know him fairly well and he would always respond quickly to my communications. I'm going to reach out to him when I get home from work today and let him know what really happened last night.

Saw a clip this morning on Facebook of Sen. Hough mentioning the arrests, camera then went to Miller who says he's seen the signs and likes the puppet one.

Maybe. Depends exactly when the "arrest" took place. Note in the video that two guys with huge signs kept walking by the popo on the sidewalk while our Patriots were in cuffs. Pretty sure they didn't go to jail.

Yep, that's him. I haven't spoken to him directly about this. A staffer named Brian Powell is handling this, and presumably briefing Bromwell shortly.

Talking with a Democrat lobbyist now. Email info is being disseminated as (not a quote) two people were arrested in Annapolis and one had a gun. They were arrested on lawyers mall and were disorderly and blocking traffic. The democrats are gleefully saying the right to carry is now dead in Annapolis because of the violence and the unsavory characters and unprofessional appearance of the protesters. Also the protesters don't follow the rules.

Democrats are following the liberal mantra. Vilify the opposition, lie about the facts, belittle the opposition. The lobbyist knows my views on the issue and thinks I was not aware of the issue. I could not get any information on the source of the emails or alleged news report. The Democrat spin should be expected but the interesting part is that the incident is being talked about a lot already and spreading quickly.
The ripples in the pond are becoming waves.

The area just behind the planters is technically the mall right? You're either on the sidewalk, on the mall, or in the street.

I am taking Monday off and making the 5hr drive from VA to be there. I call shenanigans on anyone that claims they're too busy to make it.

The D-Machine has fuk'd up and it's our job to make sure they suffer the consequences. :party29:

" Out of a concern for public safety, and in an abundance of caution due to two pedestrians being being stuck by vehicles in the last year, and nearly a half dozen reported pedestrians complaints concerning vehicles failing to yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk, the demonstrating group was asked to relocate to Lawyers Mall."

Incredible. What connection is there between the PP's actions on the sidewalk and the lame excuse about pedestrians being struck by vehicles, and of vehicles failing to yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk?

Were the PP'ers protesting while driving vehicles in the crosswalk? :sarcasm:

Here's the statement from Department of General Services Spox Nick Cavey:

... and nearly a half dozen reported pedestrians complaints concerning vehicles failing to yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk, ...

    So, like, "four"?

So both of the Patriots were being protected from the traffic and cars , makes perfect sense to arrest people on the sidewalk because of previous accidents and incidents at that corner . Instead of doing real police work and placing officers at the circle to catch law breakers . SMH

This is how Maryland works. It's too hard to stop and deal with lawbreakers who don't comply, so they do the easy thing: Take it out on the law abiding citizens who will comply.
