PA non-resident permit?

There is no separate non-resident permit app. As far as uploading the MD permit, I used the same page where you upload your drivers license, and used the Other category for the front and back of the permit.

Also, I just received approval a little while ago today. Appt. to pickup on 11/17.

Submitted my application to York County on Monday (11/7) and received the approval email today. Surprisingly, they had pick-up slots available at the Courthouse tomorrow. 72 hours from application until card in hand is amazing.

The offices that do the permits are weekdays only.

Why go to PA for an NR CCW Permit when you can get a Utah NR CCW Permit by mail that's good in 36-37 States including PA? Just curious!

PA does not honor any non resident permits. If you as a MD resident want to carry in PA you must have a PA permit

Likely because he wants to carry in PA. Utah NR permit is not good to go in PA (nor are any OOS NR permits).

I think I warned up-thread, Media, Pa (Delaware County) is SLOW. I think mine was three weeks. It was the closest for me, so that is where I applied.

The good news is you will be in and out in 10 minutes, once you get the call/email.
