Nation's Gun Show - Chantilly, VA. Feb 14, 15, & 16

I was there Sunday for the 1st time at this gun show and probably wont go back! I had a better time going to the Gettysburg show a couple weeks back and I felt prices in general were higher in Chantilly then Gettysburg. Every firearm that I or my buddies were interested in the answer was the same "No, we can't/won't sell to a Maryland resident." But I did get to purchase some ammo & mags that were on my list.

...saw the guy selling custom 1911 grips he had some nice checkered examples laid out.

He had a set of grips I really wanted to get - the blonde wood grips with the laser etched badges, which would have been a nice replacement set for a set of grips my Dad put together years ago with a set of fake pearl grips where he inset at small badge pin on the right side, but I felt that $100 was pretty steep, even if they were really nice grips.
