Neutral. MSI has prevented ENFORCEMENT of MoCo restrictions.

The County continues to struggle as they are being emasculated by SB 1 and the General Assembly.

No not really. The Mont Co case was split into two cases, one Federal and one state . We won the Md state part and it is being appealed. The Judge in the Federal 2A suit has now decided to hold the Federal part until the state case is decided on appeal

No order has been issued telling us we have to abide by the Mo Co BS law

So to be clear, currently, we are legally allowed to carry in Mont. county provided we abide by Maryland law and all? I just want to be totally sure.
