No not really. The Mont Co case was split into two cases, one Federal and one state . We won the Md state part and it is being appealed. The Judge in the Federal 2A suit has now decided to hold the Federal part until the state case is decided on appeal

No order has been issued telling us we have to abide by the Mo Co BS law

This judge has BB’s for balls

Have any new changes been made in regards to the HQL. I know in the past there were some efforts to get rid of this, have any of those succeeded as of yet?
Yes there’s been a court case for years. Do a search on this forum, you should find it

So to be clear, currently, we are legally allowed to carry in Mont. county provided we abide by Maryland law and all? I just want to be totally sure.

Join MSI, read the lawsuit and several years of updates, and support the legal fund.

UPDATE AS OF -1/12/2024: The State's petition for rehearing was granted on January 11, 2024, over our opposition. The order can be found here.

Oral argument before the entire Fourth Circuit is currently scheduled for March 21, 2024 in Richmond.

(Feel free to come to court that day. Wear an MSI Shirt and show your support.)
