The MGA can eat a bag of d***s. It’s time they be held personally liable for ignoring the COTUS. Then charged again with contempt of SCOTUS and the Bruen decision.

I’m done with these self serving, corrupt politicians.

I know. They get me side-tracked when they pass it under the guise of public safety.

All gun control is passed under the guise of public safety. It's all they have. If the government weren't allowed to engage in such tomfoolery we wouldn't have gun control because then they're only option would be to tell people that we can't have guns because they can't control us as long as we're armed. Which would be the truth.

In my opinion way too many so-called second amendment advocates still believe that gun control is past because Democrats don't understand how important armed society is. They don't care. Baltimore and Chicago are perfect examples of that. If they were truly concerned about Public safety where Firearms are concerned they would put the miscreants that commit crimes with firearms in prison for a very long time. Obviously that's not happening. Nope. They simply want to disarm the vast majority of the American population because we pose a threat to them directly.

We need a constitutional amendment that requires government at all levels to submit any bill that could potentially violate constitutional rights to either the supreme Court directly or a panel of judges appointed by the supreme Court to verify that the bill is or is not constitutional prior to it ever being voted on. That would stop the shenanigans in their tracks. As it is I guarantee you that the majority of the politicians who support these bills understand that they are unconstitutional but they also know that it will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to challenge each one. The whole idea is to bankrupt second amendment advocacy groups so there can't be any more challenges.

For the lawyerly among us, if they do set up all these sensitive places could permit holders do a class action suite? With few exceptions we put out big bucks and a good chunk of time to acquire permits for them to change the law to make them basically useless, just because they can.

Now that we have a real chance of winning these cases it is time to turn the tables and start bankrupting the other side. With 1983 fees and damages for legal fees we need to make the other side start paying until they feel the pain.

We keep relying on a "SCOTUS smack down". Until that smack down comes with repercussions, it's basically meaningless in the short term. Any politician that puts forth or co-sponsors a bill later found to be unconstitutional should lose any right to hold public office. PERIOD. Hell, maybe even toss in those that vote for it.

    Yeah. Unrealistic pipe dream.

The Left wants to slow walk any court appeals as long as possible in the hopes that they can change the makeup of SCOTUS. If they accomplish that...they can reverse the thoroughly based in the Constitution decisions being handed down as of late.

The other issue is that we keep relying on the courts, instead of legislation and prosecution. If you want to break the back of the gun grabbers, arrest for Conspiracy to Violate Civil Rights and a determined prosecution is essential.

How they actually think any of this has a chance in hell is beyond me.
It's virtue signaling to Bloomberg et.al. to keep the cash flow going. They have to be complete idi9ots not to know that this was specifically called out in Bruen. It's a middle finger to the USSC. And it's not like they know they were actually called out in the ruling. I hope the Supremes MEGA slap down this and similar forays into contempt. Soon.

Living in a blue state with the urban areas controlling the MGA there is almost zero hope of them not pushing through whatever they feel like. It’s quite discouraging, especially for anyone in Annapolis for the 2013 debacle.

RICO. They conspire with Demanding Moms, Everytown, etc. to deprive us of our civil rights under color of law. And they money, things and favors to do that to us.
