Cannot carry in government buildings unless you have clearance to do so by the state.

Got it. We posted at the same time.

So, is that entire portion a "government building" or just that room while they are using it? Obviously that entire plaza is not government property

As far as MD permits, how many could meet the restrictions placed to carry there anyway..

I am looking forward to see what "excuses"MSP is going to come up with this time. Also if i remember right that a ruling from the board about a reasonable danger or situation to allow MSP to issue a ccw must be in writing to them? Just wondering if the board has sent any writings or rulings to MSP yet?

Tim showed up around 7 for the last one. He's got that #whiteprivilege :innocent0

    :lol2:

Ha ha. The schedule of the meeting has changed slightly. 6pm is when it opens, but then the board goes right into closed session. They used to just open up and if they were in the middle of a case, the security guard would not let anyone in. Hopefully traffic is not bad tomorrow.

Quote from their site "No firearms allowed unless accompanied by a state-issued badge permitting the possession of handguns on state property or law enforcement officials on official duty."

Ill be there and will be bringing someone interested in applying.

Do we get the sense that a courtesy RSVP to the HGRB is necessary?
