Question. I don't own any regulated firearms now, I won't own any by the time this bill goes into effect, and I refuse to apply for the license SB281 mandates out of principle. Does that mean I could get a C&R license and then buy C&R handguns with 10- magazines and not have to get the license?

From what I understand, yes. If you have your c&r, it will be business as usual (with the exception of the ten round limit on mags).

and if you apply ASAP you may get it in time to order some guns that do have 10+ round magazines like the CZ-82 in particular.

Unfortunately the reason I don't own any regulated firearms is because I won't be 21 until June 2014, so I can't get C&R until then either. I'm not really worried about it though. I'll just get them the same way we get 21+ round mags now.

Yes it is. It seems though C&Rs have escaped the worst parts. I just hope retailers are still willing to sell to us and won't black list us like they do California.

Between this, the gas tax hike and this new nonsensical rain tax, I may be moving to PA once my step-son graduates high school. This place is going down the toilet and fast. North Korea won't even have the chance to destroy America because the democrats will have beat them to it.
