I'm just a guy who makes snitches buy drugs and I smash things.....I don't get paid to know real answers like to the ? Above.

But if you ever need any boat.....or H (which is going around a lot lately) let me know, I got you bro!

This is one of those rare occasions I'm gleefully ignorant as to what "boat" and "H" may be. But I have an idea on the H.

LMAO, some boat? I haven't heard that term in 15 or 20 years. I have seen some folks do some crazy sh1t on boat.

At MCDC a new "tenant" on boat broke a light fixture and removed his man parts with the glass. Thank God I was off that night.

I've seen some good stuff, thankfully never that!

Yeah I also had a buddy when I was a teenager who smoked some boat and jumped off a building into an alley. He ended up unconscious because as it turns out he couldn't actually fly. He spent a week in the Washington Adventist Hospital psychiatric unit. :sad20:

I've taken my fiancé on a few ride a longs when I was in patrol. One night, at the end of shift, we get a call of a 23 yr old naked girl, high on dipper.

23 yr old naked girl you say?

Every male member of my shift showed up. :lol2:

She was standing on top of her car butter ball naked, beating her hood in with a PVC pipe. She got put in cuffs without a fight but as her naked body was being escorted to the car Marissa said "happy holidays lady" (it was near thanksgiving). She stopped, looked Marissa dead in her eyes and said, "Merry Christmas, happy new year, M-L-K you Fing Gremlin" then proceeded to kick and scream her way to UMC for "the dose"

    She loves that story.

I grew up in DC in the 80's when it was mostly hookers, crack, and 'wet sacks.' DC is A LOT safer. In fact, it is safer than it has ever been.

The problem now is DC is so gentrified that The Element is unaware that some people are not afraid of them. I had dinner a Fogo de Chao a few weeks ago. One of the "homeless" followed my wife and back to my truck. He was truly puzzled when we stopped every few yards or so, turned around and looked at him like, "and what?" He moved on to easier pickins'.

We had a similar problem around China Town a few years ago. This "homeless" guy was truly puzzled when my wife got in his face and I circled around to his back. Realizing what might be getting ready to happen he ran off. Hommie don't play dat...
