    672 and 674... I think they'll pass these but I dont think they'll pass it with teeth, penalties enough to deter theft or possession of stolen. If they deter this crime it will interfere with their momentum to outlaw all guns.

    Did the second woman talk about getting rid of these "illegal guns"? Didn't realize that they were illegal. Unless they were talking about ones with defaced serials.
