I’m planning on going to a food truck event at a firehouse (Long Green VFC) and I’m wondering if I can carry there. I know I can’t carry in a government building, but is a VFC a government building? If I can’t carry inside, can I carry on the grounds, outside?

    Thanks!
Absolutely. Volunteer fire companies in Baltimore county are privately owned by the fire company (building and land). They are no

Yes, legally you can carry in/on Long Green VFC property. It is owned by the volunteers. Just keep it concealed now that SB1 is in effect.

I picked up a P365. I’ve got an order in for a Shield Plus too. So once I get closer to the 30 day wait, in the next couple weeks, I’ll be looking for a holster for it too.
If you get a MD collectors license, you can buy as many handguns as you want with no wait. It doesn't cost anything.

Just fill out the form and send it in. They will send you a letter of authorization.

My FFL just received my Shield Plus I ordered. Being that I picked up a Sig a couple weeks ago, I'm wondering when I can fill out the 77r.

Do I need to wait the full 30 days since pickup to do the 77r, or can I do it now and send my FFL the PIN?

I did submit for my permission slip as a collector. Assuming I can do the 77r now (no marking off the Designated Collector box) and lets say I get an approved permission slip next week, can I pickup before the 30 days, or do I end up screwing myself, if I do it now? Assuming I can even do a 77r now.

Volunteer fire companies in Baltimore County are independent non-profit corporations so it would really depend on what that station's policies are.
