I thought they were doing pretty well.

Three pages and still no joke involving the .40's natural inclination towards man-ass?

Hope the next contestant they choose hits center of mass, preferably cardiovascular region.

They should be able to charge all of them with attempted assault or something similar. They surely weren't trying to use the stun gun as a makeshift defibrillator and the rest of them were in on carrying out the attempted attack.
That was my point exactly. I guess FrankZ missed it. :sad20:

Ultimately they should be charged with attempted robbery and assault. Threatening someone with serious bodily harm or death with an object IS assault if you have the ability to carry it out at the time you make the threat.

So one of the "ambulatory coprolites", the one grievously wounded, was identified as one of Obama's sons. Why has he remained silent?

I was being a tad bit snarky.

I think it is ridiculous that they aren't dropping every charge possible on him, and his buddies.

The kid was lucky the guy only had a .40. If it was a .45acp a hit in but buttock would have torn his whole torso in half and splattered gore across a 500 yard wide swath of the city!

Page three and no one has mentioned the $900 police estimate on the third-gen S&W .40?

    You guys are slipping...

of course with the nine rounds left in it, maybe that's correct.

The only thing dumber than taking a taser to a gun fight is taking a broken taser to a gun fight.

Unfortunately the guy shot in the butt will end up rich and the guy defending himself from felony assault will spend a lot of money defending his actions.
