DA, I too have a good idea. Thanks and will take you up on your idea when ready.
I'll be waiting with baited breath...
I just did it. Just bought the optic, too...about $1900 in. That being said, I feel the need to change exactly nothing with it. Buy once, cry once.
Did you ask them to build one to your specs? They didn't have what I wanted and told me to go back next weekend......

Those guys could have build one to your specs and you'd have been good to go.No I figured i'd just take a standard free float rifle and see where I go from there. I just bought an MRO with Larue mount and an Vortex 3x magnifier so Ill add to the rifle as the bank account allows

You can do that or you can look at the AR picture thread. How would I go about doing that? Just post about it?

Look at a free floated keymod fore end, the lighter, the better. That will save a decent amount of weight.ill see what I find out through out the week, the AR I own is a smith and wesson M&P sport 2 with Vortex strike eagle, primary arms mount, magpul vertical grip, magpul extended hand guard and a mission first tactical stock. So this next buy I want it be way lighter.
