I know heavy barrels are required for 5.556/.223. Are they truly not required for non-5.556/.223? Is there a state citation?

It's your money. BC can be hit or miss, quality wise, but I think they have decent customer service. I don't shoot that caliber, but have read where people have had reliability problems, even with higher quality manufacturers with this round.
