perusing the thread, it looks like the folks that got approved Monday 8/1 got cards mailed and received late that week (Friday?).

Those approved 8/2 or after are still waiting for a card in the mail.

I wonder, did MSP produce so many cards already that the lamination machine broke sometime last Monday August 1?

I was approved early afternoon on 8/2 and haven’t seen my permit yet, hopefully it will be here tomorrow

I submitted 7/24, a week before you and got “accepted” on 8/3, a day after you. Makes no sense if being done in chronological order.

Has anyone aside from the two reported in this thread received an approval today? The approval rate seems to have plummeted through the center of the earth this week.

I think we're in the surge of applications which came after the Hogan announcement (July 5th?)
