I think we're in the surge of applications which came after the Hogan announcement (July 5th?)

I am in that mix. Submitted 7/10 directly after the class. Watching the progress over the last month I have noticed my application hasn’t moved very fast. On the tail end of all the days data

I think we are only at the beginning of the 2nd wave. First wave was the people who submitted early. Second people who got in by mid July. I fully expect 60-90 days for a lot of the second wave applicants and on

I would agree with that. Most numbers on this thread are 22HGP01XXXX or 22HGP02XXXX. I just submitted mine Saturday 8/6 and mine was 22HGP061XXX. So they are definitely starting to surge in.

I submitted mine on 7/31 and was accepted 8/3
My son submitted his on 8/1 and it was accepted on 8/8
He'll probably get his before I do! LOL!

They are definitely accepting applications faster. I think that's where the bulk of their manpower is going, at least for now. My guess is that these cross-trained non-MSP state employees and the civilians that they are hiring are doing the homework on the application, and then actual troopers are doing the investigating on accepted applications.

We were in the same class. I submitted the same day as well. Got approved last week.
