I think originally they picked him up on a gun charge but eventually left him go to be deported for the 8th time permanently or something like that.
He said he found the gun on the pier or in the rocks maybe after spotting a trophy walrus or some other crazy thing like that.

I never read where this other one with the 2A rights had his gun discovered and by whom. How did he procure it in the first place? And exactly how was it found?
Someone took that gun from him for a reason and I wonder what it was.

They do that now. If someone is found in this country with nefarious connections in their home country they will be rounded up and prevented from associating. Is this violating their rights under the U.S. Constitution?

Yeah, but no one from that constabulary in Honduras reports to NICS. And they're undocumented, so unless the .gov has biometrics, we can't positively ID them in the first place.

The opinion is basically putting this guy in the same category as non-violent felons/misdemeanors. It is interesting to note this illegal alien chose to get armed in response to the "Summer of Love" in 2020.
But yea I don't see this as holding. The opinion is basically just trying to make illegals into citizens-in-waiting, and if this is allowed to hold then the next step is allowing them to vote.
