This is ONE case where a LIBERAL Illinois Judge dismissed the case based on a request by his lawyer.

It is not binding anywhere- it is not a Circuit Court decision. The FBI, BATFE, and all other federal and State law enforcement can continue to make arrests and deny purchases by 'undocumented' aliens.

Some local municipalities in several states allow residents to vote locally, including illegals.

Federal vote must be a US Citizen for now. There are plenty of people with green cards paying more Federal taxes than I do that can't vote. I'd rather they had the right than many citizens paying no taxes.
