      QHI and QHL portals

      Still not up on E-gov. Sent email to MSP licensing, and IT, and also spoke to MD E-Gov tech. The instructor portal was supposed to be online 9/23 and the handgun license portal open on 9/28. So far, neither are.

      It is a good sign when more and more dealers are releasing early. My dealer said he would never take that risk. Surprise to me when he called yesterday and told me I could pick up my DPMS. Hopefully it is a positive trend.

      Well said. I and many others agree with you. I plan to take my business to those dealers who release after 7-10 days. I am NOT going to patronize my current FFLs any longer. 3 months to wait for a gun purchase is ridiculous. It seems to only get worse as more and more people purchase handguns...

      I went to the NRA range to finish my basic pistol. I agree with the majority posts. The place is clean, inexpensive, well run, and state of the art. It's a bit of a drive for me from Annapolis, but if I lived closer, I would be there all the time. John

      C&R My error. Under question 10) non immigrant alien cert of compliance, question B asks if you have a valid hunting license. I guess it doe not pertain to citizens.
