I did a little searching, but apparently my MDS-search-fu is failing me. From Hanover, what direction/shop would be shortest/simplest to pick up standard capacity magazines at a standard capacity price? I have hit up Cabela's on my way through Newark in the past, but don't know much of shops...
For the cost it is a cheap/easy way to get an AGC badge. If I get to the Meade range a few times a year, adds to the benefit. The few events they hold at AGC the last couple years have been good, so also a plus.
Definitely don't expect Meade to scratch your range time itch, though.
FWIW, I am a bigger guy and have found IWB carry at 4-5 o'clock with a forward cant comfortable and concealable for myself. Just forward of my dominant hand back pocket. Keeps it out of the way when sitting (an issue other forms like appendix carry have when you have a gut) and is easily...
IIRC, it was either a CO or SRO who doesn't carry on the job. MSP's reasoning was that if he didn't need a gun on the job, he didn't need to carry out of work.
I'm starting to wonder if they don't count people who were denied for lack of/missing G&S. We have already learned during the HPRB meetings that they don't complete the background checks on all of those apps. If they consider them "not properly submitted", then they don't have to count them in...
Doesn't even need to be called a crime. Gun related deaths (which it can accurately be called) seems to be the new term du jour. Much like you don't hear about gun control anymore, the newspeak term is gun safety. It's just "common sense", you know.
The chair can vote on all cases. Minimum quorum of 3 members must be present to convene. 4 members currently appointed (1 vacancy waiting to be filled) If any case ends in a tie, the appeal loses and MSPs position wins. The chair can often be seen not to vote in cases where the other members...
While she is small, it is still huge. Here is a pic with more people present in it (please ignore the source!)

It looks like it to me, but double checking with those who know more. With those kits (by PSA or otherwise) is it only missing the lower to be a complete build?
Anyone who follows the circuit courts . . . which admittedly is very little of the general populace. How many even knew gay marriage was before SCOTUS until the decision was blasted all over the news for several days?
When they passed the law, they never expected to actually have to ISSUE any permits. What do you want, blood in the streets? Every step of the way will be like pulling teeth for all except for the select few the district does grant so they can say, "See, we issued permits like the courts said...
You don't have to dread it.. Throw on a show, and spend time with your guns, treating them real nice. Makes you more comfortable and intimate with each one and is very relaxing.
