      AIMSurplus has a really good lower for pretty cheap ~60. AIMSurplus Lower This is what I started with. Do some research and you will find that many of the lowers are made at the same factories.       Which MagPul Stock?

      Not sure if you decided yet but I really like my Magpul MOE. Like others have said the CTR and MOE are almost exactly the same. Just not worth the extra price IMO.

      Inexpensive .308 bolt action

      I think everyone covered it about but steer away from the Remington 770s. Ive been doing a good amount of research on a decent beginner precisions rifle and everyone says the 770s has a bunch of flaws.

      Thanks everyone. Id love to get my hands on a SCAR but I spent to much money on my AR, maybe some day though! My next project I think is to build a precision long range rifle. Maybe a Remington 700, M1A or something along those lines. Seems like FNH really makes some top notch stuff. I cant wait...

      Pretty stoked.... Just went and saw my FNP9 I picked up for a killer deal. Its stuck in gun jail for the next 7ish days but I cant wait t get it next week and get to the range ASAP. I couldnt pass it up in the gorgeous dark earth color. Let me know what you think :party29:
