be respectful is the key for me . If it is already a good deal you might just want to pay the price, but if the price is 60 over everyone else i would haggle. Esp. if it is already a good Deal then it is a good deal. remember they are there to make money. it would be kind of like going into work... -

Marko you should call the mdsp license dept and see what answer you get... I have talked to them a good bit.. they are nice so don't be afraid to call ....bolt actions are never considered to be a regulated firearm unless you go below 16" which would be illegal and make it a nfa registered... -

The lower is considered the fire control just like a pistol has its serial number on the lower half of the gun on auto's atleast ..ESP. Since the rest of the gun isn't there Maryland says you can make it into a pistol just like shotgun receivers if the do not have a barrel they have to be... -

maryland always has a loophole for themselves like paperwork saying not disaproved. in this case the way they work the long gun's are that they say you can sell it to an individual as long as you know that he/she is lawfully allowed to own a long gun. that is their loophole in the long gun side...- dmck
