So, I have my MD W&C, and you’ve implied lack of legality. You say you want articulate conversation, but leave something like that hanging out there, and refuse to answer questions about it? I have addressed it directly. You are positioning yourself as an authority, but right in your opening slap-fest, you assert that the training required by the state in order to issue a permit doesn’t make the permit holder legal. You keep avoiding what an authority such as yourself should surely feel as an obligation: if you’re really pro 2A/CCW, why wouldn’t you share some details as to particulars facing thousands of your fellow state residents who are - despite their state-issued permits - actually in felony legal jeopardy?

Well this isn't going anywhere except to a train wreck. Should we be able to conceal carry/open carry without the blessing of the crown? Of course. Should folks that carry seek more training. Of course. However the right to carry should not be contingent on you having training or experience that meets a certain threshold. The 2A guarantees us the God given right to keep and bear arms anything that infringes on that is unconstitutional period.
