Short answer is "yes" once I know what IT is going to be.

I used the term GoPro in the generic sense. I have been using a mobius action cam for quite a few years that fits pretty discreetly on the bill of a hat. Just depends on what PP's requirements are. For example, it doesn't back up to the cloud, so the PoPo could pull the data card and flush the recordings.

No rules saying someone has to ride in the back. Actually I always preferred it because I had better control and could see their every move if the car didn't have a cage.

Not a bug. He was NERVOUS. I noticed that right away.
He was nervous because he would have never made that contact or arrest on his own recognizance. Someone ordered him to go down there and do that.
He didn't know what to do so he just hurried up and did it.

We're saying the same thing, except that WE shouldn't focus our ire on the Police because they ultimately didn't issue the 'orders'. Use B'More City's room to destroy riots as a larger example. Who gave that order and who obeyed ?

Hey folks,

I wanted to post my 100% support for Jeff and his brother. I am appalled at what I saw in the video. As a green card holder who has built his life with his family in America, I see value and genius in the BoR and the Constitution. I have debated with my wife on being there this Monday to support all of you. However, I cannot take the risk of catching a bogus charge and having it affect my current green card or my future application for citizenship. My two children are Americans and have only known this great country. I just can't risk being deported and ripping them from their lives here. Please don't think less of me because I am choosing not to be there to support you in person.

I'm going on Monday and probably bringing my three oldest kids. Like you, but for different reasons, I cannot afford to be arrested and charged. The headache would be incredible. However, I am also familiar with what I need to do to make sure I decrease the chance of getting arrested, and if arrested, decrease the chance of having anything stick. Losing my law licenses and CPA license would SUCK.

Thing is, I doubt the politicians and the police want anything more to do with this. In fact, I am guessing they would prefer that this just go away quietly. If I was them, I would let us demonstrate on Monday peacefully and hope that is the end of this from a demonstration standpoint. If this got a lot of publicity from two men being arrested, imagine the publicity if 100+ people are arrested and with minor children present.

You just have to make sure you do not block the sidewalk and that you do not demonstrate on Lawyer's Mall.

End of the day, you have to make your own judgment for your specific situation. Me, I am planning on being there on Monday. The American Revolutionists and each and every American soldier since then has/had risked their lives to protect our freedom.

Help wherever you can help without feeling like you are failing your family. Me, I feel as though I would be failing my family if I did not fight to protect my family's 1st Amendment Right, but we can make ends meet with what my wife makes and none of us will be getting deported.

True, but I think just about all online services do that, but PP could set an amount they need to cover cameras, or other things, and it does make it easy.

I did suggest surgical masks (which the wife picked up) trim them down and put the duct tape on it . it will form fit the face and look more realistic.

Fast forward to the next day. The Chief was there to deliver more bogus charges because they knew the first would be thrown out. He too is being ordered from higher up the food chain. Who does the MCP ultimately report too and who has the hammer to force them to execute illegal arrests should be the question asked.

lol - you are killing me. The Maryland Capital Police is a division of the Department of General Services. Last I checked, the Department of General Services ("DGS") is an Executive Agency and under Hogan's control.
